Best Book For Stoic Collections

I think these stoic books are classic. You can reread it everyday.
Here are the books :
I. Letters Of Seneca
This book is a must read for any stoic. If you're contemplating life, wealth, poverty and death this is a great starting point. It contains guide to right living with real examples anda have many real wisdom and insight into human natures in these selected letters of Seneca. Although it was written 2000 years ago , it has correlation with modern world. One of the original self help books . A true classic book. Agree with everything which is highly unusual for me . Senecas writing is a joy to read. This book is wort a reread and has the ability to change your life and it covers virtually all areas of life , its practical and not academic at all . I reread each letter everyday because this book is a practical guide on the optimal mindset to help you navigate through life. I recommended this book to my children and grandchildren.

II. Meditations Of Marcus Aurelius
After read this stoic book , I understand now why Marcus Aurelius is one of the great leader of Rome. His wisdom is relevant to present tense and not many human can't think like him even right now. One of my favorite quote is “The happiness of your life depends upon the quality of your thoughts: therefore, guard, accordingly, and take care that you entertain no notions unsuitable to virtue and reasonable nature.” Reading Meditations was one of the hardest, but most rewarding experiences in my own personal growth. The book contains thoughts by recent events or personal encounters, mysteries of human life or death, maxims for self improvement, and a wide variety of other subjects. The structure in which the book is written allows readers to read entries at any point one chooses. Meditations has become a Bible of sorts. Humility, realism, kindness, patience, focus, work-ethic, purpose, direction, it's all in there. Importantly, Meditations offers real lessons, not the frivolous, shallow self-help books that give the genre a bad reputation. Meditations starts with the premise that life is hard, that people are hard, and that the path we all walk will never be easy, and then proceeds to address how we can live (and eventually die) with clarity and dignity. If you want to live an introspective, purposeful life with no regrets (or rather, better managed regrets), you need Philosophy, and Meditations is an excellent place to start.

III. Enchiridion by Epictetus

Enchiridion or Manual. It's classical book which become based for Seneca and Marcus Aurelius. So you must have this stoic book

IV. A Guide to the Good Life: The Ancient Art of Stoic Joy by William B Irfine

If you are new in stoic. You must read this book first. It's simple but very helpfull. It will teach you the basic of stoic . I've been helped immensely just by reading the first chapter. I embrace the focus on living the Stoic philosophy, learning techniques to banish negative emotions and the distractions surrounding us in a consumer society which take me off the path to deciding what my "grand goal in living" is and staying focused on that goal every day . Such a wonderful and easy read. This is a great starting point for anyone new to the Stoic philosophy. Irvine provides a short history of the philosophy, but most of the book focuses on the central tenants of it and how we can apply those to our lives.
